Coming from thousands of years of continued use in China, Qi Gong is an integral part of traditional Chinese medicine and is used in many Chinese hospitals to both treat and rehabilitate patients.
Qi Gong can be profound and subtle simultaneously! Although the movements are designed to exercise your Qi they also exercise your body. Qi Gong movements are graceful and strong; gentle and powerful; giving balance to the body and mind. Regular Qi Gong practice helps you to look good and feel good.
I have used Qi Gong as the main part of my health maintenance program for over 30 years ~ more than half my life ~ my health is extremely good, I am relatively fit, mentally stable and emotionally pretty calm. I attribute this balanced state of being to my regular, daily Qi Gong breathing exercises, coupled with sensible eating patterns, sufficient restful sleep, harmonious relationship and meditation.
I have been teaching Qi Gong classes and workshops since 1989 ~ in Australia, Japan and USA. Qi Gong is a powerful regulator and harmoniser of body and mind.
